IRONVANT Men's Vitality Side Effects and Safety

NIH sets the adult upper limit for zinc at 40 mg a day from all sources. Two tablets provide 50 mg, which is above that limit. Taking too much zinc for a long time can lower copper levels and weaken immunity. Licorice can raise blood pressure and lower potassium. Ginseng may affect blood sugar and clotting, and can worsen autoimmune conditions.
