A short ingredient list
The formula is organic ashwagandha root, 5 mg of organic black pepper, and a pullulan capsule. The panel lists nothing else.
How ROOTCALM Ashwagandha Works
Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub, and the root is the part used in supplements. Researchers are still working out how it acts in people, and NCCIH describes the evidence as mixed. We describe the research as it stands and don't promise results.
How to Take ROOTCALM Ashwagandha
Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz. glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Two capsules provide 1,300 mg of root a day. That is the manufacturer's suggested use, not a medically established dose. NCCIH says short-term use may be safe, but long-term safety hasn't been established.
