CUTLINE Side Effects and Safety
Dietary supplements containing garcinia cambogia have been linked to liver injury in at least a dozen reports. Chromium from food and supplements doesn't appear to cause harm, but research is limited, and people with kidney or liver disease should be cautious with high amounts. Chromium might also lower blood sugar when taken with diabetes medicines. The seaweed ingredients contain iodine and may slow blood clotting. The effects of combining this many ingredients haven't been tested.
