Potential Benefits
Strength and power
Creatine helps muscles make quick energy for short, intense efforts like lifting and sprinting. NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements says trials generally show a benefit for high-intensity, intermittent activity.
Training adaptation
Used with resistance training, creatine monohydrate supports lean body mass and exercise capacity. The International Society of Sports Nutrition calls it the most effective supplement of its kind for both.
Where it helps less
Creatine is of little value for endurance sports such as distance running. It can also add body weight through water retention.
How IRONPEAK Creatine Works
Muscles use a stored compound called phosphocreatine to make quick energy at the start of intense exercise. Creatine supplements raise those stores. Responses vary, and vegetarians may respond more because their muscle creatine starts lower.
How to Take IRONPEAK Creatine
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) scoop in eight (8) oz. of water or juice four (4) times daily during the first five (5) days (loading phase). After loading, take one scoop once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

IRONPEAK Creatine Side Effects and Safety
Studies in healthy adults haven't found that creatine harms the kidneys at recommended doses. Reported effects include weight gain from water retention, and occasionally nausea, diarrhea, or muscle cramps. Drinking enough fluid may reduce these.
Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you:
- Have kidney disease. Research in people with kidney disease is limited.
- Take any medication or have a known medical condition
- Are pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy
For adults 18 and older. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to work?
Short loading phases of 5 to 7 days often raise strength and power in studies, but responses vary. Follow the label and don't increase the amount to speed things up.
Do I need the loading phase?
No. Researchers also describe taking about 3 to 6 g a day for 3 to 4 weeks without loading. It builds muscle creatine more slowly.
Is creatine for women too?
Yes. The standard protocol is the same regardless of sex or body size, and this product is for all adults 18 and older.
Can I take it every day?
The label allows daily use after the loading phase. NIH says evidence shows use for several years is safe in healthy adults.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Products are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. We replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost. See our Refund Policy.
