How to Take YUZU VOLT
Measure with the scooper inside the jar. Mix each scoop to your desired taste with 6 to 10 ounces (177 to 296 ml) of water. Mix 2 scoops with 12 to 20 ounces (355 to 591 ml) of water. Do not exceed 5 scoops within 24 hours.
One serving (2 scoops) has 200 mg of caffeine, so the label maximum of 5 scoops equals 500 mg. NIH notes that the FDA says 400 mg a day does not usually have dangerous effects in healthy adults. Count caffeine from coffee, tea, and other sources. Caffeine has a half-life of about 4 to 5 hours, so avoid taking it late in the day.
